阿杰（蔡一杰 饰）、阿威（苏志威 饰）、阿智（蔡一智 饰）、阿明（黎明 饰）和克仔（李克勤 饰）是情同手足的好友，彼此之间感情十分要好。五人聚在一起打算创业，他们开了一间毛巾清洗工厂，希望能凭借着努力和智慧为自己挣得光明的未来。
一次偶然中，阿明和克仔结识了Yoko（周慧敏 饰）和阿猫（桑妮 饰）两个女孩，阿明和Yoko相互吸引，最终走到了一起，与此同时，阿猫和克仔之间亦碰撞出了爱情的火花。工厂的经营发生了一些问题，而Yoko亦再也无法忍受阿明的朝三暮四而选择了离开。阿猫即将移民去澳洲，她和克仔之间的感情看似不会有结果。兄弟五人都站在人生的交叉口前。
