弗兰斯（里卡多·斯卡马乔 Riccardo Scamarcio 饰）是德高望重的副警长，再过几年，他将会顺理成章的坐上警长的交椅。一天深夜，因为某些陈年往事，弗兰斯决定去会一会自己的老朋友——法官吉欧（阿莱西奥·博尼 Alessio Boni 饰）。两人的会面并不愉快。
